Serving Instructions: Mix 30g of fresh yeast with 700ml of lukewarm water. Add 1kg of the Proceli bread-making preparation and knead until you obtain a fine even dough. Make into required sizes anbd leave for one hour. Bake in an oven at 180c for 25 mintues.
